Ash Wednesday Service Imposition of Ashes will be at 6:30p.m., Wednesday, February 22nd. Sunday Morning Study - 8:30 a.m. Rev. Ed Light will be leading a series by Adam Hamilton called “24 Hours That Changed the World.” It is a DVD presentation and discussion looking each Sunday at some aspect of Jesus’ last 24 hours in Holy Week. This is a wonderful series that helps us to truly appreciate how one day in the life of the world changes everything. Grace Arts - Quick & Easy Quilting Mondays from 6:30 - 8:30p.m., January 30 through March 5th in Room A-3. Join Rev. Mary Lue Eastmond in this great class for beginners. $25 registration fee. We have more information about pattern and supplies available in the office. Making Mosaics: A Glimpse of Scripture in the Church Saturday, February 25, Rev. Glenda Skinner-Noble will be leading this workshop. At the end of the day, you will have created a mosaic. Mosaic art is easy to start and learn. Learn some of the history of mosaics in the faith, create your own mosaic from start to finish all in one day! $75 fee includes all tile and grout supplies. Holden Evening Prayer Service Beginning February 29th, and running through the season of Lent, we will be having our Holden Evening Prayer in the North Narthex. There will be a simple supper preceding the service at 6:30p.m., with the service at 7:00p.m. Most of the service is set to music, and will last approximately 25 minutes. Sunday Evening Pastor's Bible Study and Youth At 5:00p.m. each Sunday, Rev. Ed Light holds a Bible Study. It's a relaxed atmosphere, so bring a friend and enjoy this weekly event. At 6:00p.m., following the Pastor's Bible Study, the Youth Group meets. Grace Arts - Yoga, Thursdays in the Parlor 1 Hour Basic Yoga. 3:30 and 7:15p.m. Chair Yoga, 6:00 Mat Yoga. $12 per session or 4 sessions for $10 each.
