"Grounded" is the theme for the youth ministries in 2009. The next year will focus on how Christians are to be grounded in Scripture, grounded in a healthy self-image, and as United Methodists we are grounded in our unique Wesleyan heritage. By having specific emphases throughout the year, youth will have repetition of phrases and themes, there will be a deeper understanding of these topics, and the goals of the year are easy to communicate with parents and the congregation.
